We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel a session. Refunds will only be given if we receive 24 hours notice

Please note that on our After School Clubs, failure to attend for 3 consecutive weeks without reasonable reason (Holiday/sickness), your child will be removed from the register. No refund will be issued.

Please ensure that your child is collected on time. After 15 minutes of failure to collect, a £5.00 fee being issued and an additional £5.00 for every 10 mins thereafter.

Any school trips that crossover with After School Clubs will be non-refundable as the class has several different year groups.
